Importing customers
Business Setup → Import Data
Download the sample file, fill in your customers — name, phone, email, address, city, CNIC — and upload it. Customers already on file are matched by phone and updated.
Restoring a backup
If support has given you a backup file, the owner can restore it from Import Data. The file is checked and described first; nothing is replaced until you type RESTORE.
Restoring replaces everything in the account with what is in the backup.
The activity log
Business Setup → Activity Log
The Activity Log records who added, changed or deleted what, and when — a changed price, a deleted customer, a cancelled sale.
