Roles & Permissions
A role decides which screens a person opens and which buttons they may press — see cost prices, give discounts, take payments, cancel sales, approve rates. The software starts with Administrator, Manager, Salesperson, Cashier and Stock Keeper; change them or add your own.

Add a login for every member of staff who uses the software, give them a role and, if you have several branches, the branch they work in.
Employees, attendance and pay
Staff → Employees
With the Employees module on, keep each employee's salary, attendance, advances and salary payments, and print their ledger.
