4 topics in this chapter · الإصدار 1.4.0

Add a watch

Add a piece and choose Watch (or Other luxury item): brand, model, reference, serial, movement, case, condition, box and papers, and the warranty you give. It sells on the POS like any piece.

On its page record the serial check, authenticity and QC. A watch in QC hold goes on sale by itself once all three pass.

Buy a pre-owned watch or take a trade-in

Diamonds & Watches → Watches & Luxury → Buy a pre-owned watch

Enter the seller with their ID and the watch. Buy pays them now; Trade-in puts the value on their credit to spend on a purchase. The serial is checked against your stock and past sales as you type.

Warranties and the service desk

A warranty is issued when a watch is sold and printed on the invoice. At the Watch Service Desk, a watch brought in is matched to its warranty by serial, and its service history builds up job by job. Delivering a job takes the payment.

Consignment

A watch you sell for its owner is added with "Whose is it? — On consignment" and what you will pay them. When it sells, what you owe appears under Consignment & Dealer Memo → To pay owners. Consigned pieces are not counted in your stock valuation.
