Online & Wholesale → Online Store
Your store is at /shop/ followed by your business's short name — the link is on Online Store → Store settings.
- 1 Store settings: name, tagline, how shoppers can pay (bank transfer, pay at the shop, cash on delivery, card through your own Stripe account), how long unpaid orders hold pieces, and the amount above which you check identity.
- 2 Shipping: a zone per group of countries with its charge, free-above amount, insurance % and delivery days. The store only delivers where a zone is active.
- 3 Products online: tick the pieces to show, feature a few, and set up designs made to order — the purities offered, sizes, days to make and whether they can be engraved.
An online order
At checkout the shopper's pieces are held for them. Prices are worked out on your server from today's rates, in the currency they choose.
Bank transfers wait for you to confirm the money arrived; card payments are confirmed with Stripe. Orders over your limit wait for an identity check.
Pack it (the invoice is made and the piece leaves stock), ship it with the courier's tracking number, mark it delivered. A made-to-order line becomes a paid custom order.
Customers ask for returns, exchanges or repairs from their account; you answer under Returns & service requests.
