Every account starts with one branch, with a showcase, a counter and a safe. A location is where a piece is kept: a warehouse, safe, showcase, tray, counter, bin or workshop.
With the Multi-Branch module on, add a branch for each shop. Each branch has its own stock, staff, counters, rate overrides, tax and price list, and the head office sees every branch together.
Companies — legal entities

A branch belongs to a company. Several companies are for groups with separate legal entities — a Pakistan company and a UAE company, for example — each with its own tax number and invoice prefix.
Currencies, financial years and tax rules
Business Setup
Add the currencies you deal in with their exchange rate. Financial years can be closed so that nothing dated inside them can be changed. Tax rules set a different tax by branch or category where the law requires it.
