Customers

Customers are added at the sale screen or on the Customers screen, with their phone, CNIC or ID, city, birthday and anniversary. Open a customer to see everything they have bought.

Give a customer a type — retail, wholesale or VIP — and a price list, and their prices follow it.

Khata — the customer ledger

Khata (Ledger)

Khata lists every customer who owes you money, with their running balance. Open a customer's Khata to see each sale and payment, and to take a payment against what they owe.

Settings → Loyalty

With the Loyalty module on, customers earn points on what they spend and can redeem them on a later purchase. Set how many points are earned and what a point is worth under Settings → Loyalty.
