Before the first loan
Orders & Service → Pawn Loans
Switch the module on, then (owner) record your licence — number, issuing authority and where it lets you lend — and confirm it. Enter your contract terms as your lawyer drafted them, the loan-to-value limit, fees, term, grace and notice period.
Nothing opens until the licence is recorded; no loan is approved until the contract terms are entered.
A loan, start to finish
Past the due date and grace, a person marks the loan in default — nothing else changes. Record the legal notice you served; only after the notice period, with every legal step on the checklist confirmed and a manager's approval, can it be forfeited. The items stay in custody until someone moves each one to stock by hand.
- 1 New loan: choose the borrower and check their original ID. Weigh each item, enter its tested purity; the value comes from today's approved rate and the most you may lend is shown.
- 2 Approve (the permission, or a manager's PIN). Print the contract; the customer signs; pay the loan out.
- 3 Payments go to fees first, then the loan. Extend for another term with the fees due. Paid in full, release the items against the same ID.
