Email and password
Every member of staff has their own login. Open the sign-in page, type the email address and password, and press Access Account.
Tick Remember me only on a computer that belongs to the shop and is never shared with the public.

Users → Edit
At a busy counter, staff can sign in with their own PIN instead of typing an email and password. Each person's PIN is set on their login under Users.
A forgotten password
Press Forgot password? on the sign-in page and enter the email address. A code is emailed; type it in and choose a new password.
The owner can also set a new password for any member of staff from the Users screen.
