About GoJewels

GoJewels is the jewelry management software brand of Arriverr Software Solutions (Arriverr). It is built, sold and supported by the same team, from the same company in Punjab, Pakistan, for jewellers in Pakistan, the Gulf and beyond.

What we do

Arriverr Software Solutions builds software for businesses that have outgrown a spreadsheet. We started as a development agency in Daska, Sialkot, building custom systems for clients — pharmacies, academies, warehouses, clinics — and we still do that. GoJewels grew out of that work and became a product of its own.

Why we built a jewelry system

Jewellers kept asking us for the same thing. Prices worked out on a calculator from the morning's rate, stock in a register, old gold bought on trust, karigars' metal in somebody's memory, and a Khata in a diary nobody else could read. The software available to them was either general retail software that counts boxes rather than grams, or written locally and abandoned two years ago.

So the product is shaped by what jewellers actually need rather than by what looks good in a feature list: every piece priced from today's rate by weight and purity, stock kept tag by tag, old gold bought with the seller's ID every time, metal accounted for in fine grams apart from money, and permissions fine enough that a salesperson never sees a cost price.

How we work

We are a small team, which has two consequences worth stating plainly.

The good one: when you message us on WhatsApp, you reach someone who can change the software. Several features in the product exist because a jeweller asked for them and we agreed they were right.

The honest one: we are not a call centre. We answer during working hours, Monday to Saturday, and we do not pretend otherwise.

What we will not do

• Take a commission on your sales. Your online store is yours; the orders come to you whole.
• Hold your data hostage. Every report exports to PDF, Excel and CSV whenever you want, and if you leave, your data is kept for 30 days in case you come back.
• Sell you a feature that does not exist yet. If something on this site is not in the build, that is a bug in the site and we want to know.
