What is GoJewels?
GoJewels is jewelry management software made by Arriverr (Arriverr Software Solutions). It runs a jewelry business from one system — the sale screen priced at today's gold rate, tagged stock by weight, old gold buying, the Khata, karigars and manufacturing, metal accounts, custom orders and repairs, an online store, accounting, reports and tax — for jewellers in Pakistan, the Gulf and beyond.
Is GoJewels made by Arriverr?
Yes. GoJewels is the jewelry software brand of Arriverr Software Solutions (Arriverr).
How much does the free trial cost?
Nothing. The 7-day trial is completely free and needs no credit card — you create an account and the software opens straight away.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Your account is locked and you are shown an upgrade page when you sign in. Nothing is deleted: your stock, sales and settings are kept for 30 days, so choosing a plan puts you back exactly where you left off.
Do I need to install anything?
No. The software runs in a normal web browser on the counter PC, a tablet or a phone. A barcode scanner, a receipt printer and a label printer for tags are all the hardware a showroom needs.
Does the price follow the gold rate?
Yes. Enter today's rate — or take it from a rate feed — and every purity follows from its fineness. Each piece is priced at the moment of sale from its weight, purity, making, wastage, stones and tax, with every part printed on the invoice.
Can I buy old gold and take it in exchange?
Yes. Old gold is weighed, tested and valued at your buy rate less your deductions, with the seller's ID recorded every time, and paid for or set against a new invoice on the same receipt.
Is it FBR and ZATCA integrated?
Yes. Pakistani jewellers can report sales to FBR in real time with the fiscal invoice number printed as a QR code, and Saudi jewellers can issue invoices through ZATCA (Fatoora). For the UAE, India and Peppol countries, invoices are generated as files for your provider and archived.
Does it handle karigars?
Yes. Metal issued to a karigar is weighed out, the finished work is weighed back, loss is compared with the allowance you agreed, and each karigar has two accounts — the metal they hold and the making you owe.
Does it handle customers who pay later?
Yes. A sale can go on a named customer's Khata with a due date and a credit limit. Payments are set against the invoices they pay, balances can be spread into installment plans, and overdue balances are listed with WhatsApp reminders.
Can I use it in Arabic or Urdu?
Yes. The software runs in English, Arabic, Urdu and several other languages, with a proper right-to-left layout for Arabic and Urdu. On a multi-branch account each branch can run in its own language and currency.
Can I move my existing stock across?
Yes. Pieces and customers import from CSV or XLSX, with weights, purities and making charges. A sample file to fill in is on the import screen.
How do I pay after the trial?
By bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa. You pick a plan, we raise an invoice, you upload the payment slip, and the account is activated as soon as we confirm it — usually the same working day.
Can I run more than one branch?
Yes. One account can run several showrooms, each with its own stock, staff, counter and takings — and its own currency and language. Pieces move between branches in transit.
Is my data safe if I stop paying?
Your data is kept for 30 days after an account lapses, and reactivating brings all of it back. You can export your sales, stock, reports and customer lists to PDF, Excel or CSV at any time while the account is open.
What is the best jewelry software in Pakistan?
The best jewelry software for Pakistan prices every piece from today's gold rate, keeps stock piece by piece by weight, buys old gold with the seller's ID, keeps karigars' metal straight, runs the Khata, and reports to FBR. GoJewels by Arriverr does all of that in one system, together with custom orders and repairs, metal accounts, an online store, accounting and multi-branch.
