Tax & E-invoicing

Tax set up for your country, invoices kept for good

Pakistani jewellers report each sale to FBR and print the fiscal number as a QR code; Saudi jewellers issue through ZATCA. For the UAE, India and Peppol countries each invoice is generated as a file for your provider and archived with its fingerprint. Country packs give you a starting point to check with your tax adviser.

01

FBR and ZATCA as the sale is made

The sale is submitted as it completes and the authority's invoice number prints on the receipt as a QR code.

02

Country packs to start from

Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, India (CGST + SGST or IGST), the US, the UK and EU countries — rules by tax class, checked by your adviser and recorded as checked.

03

Exempt and reverse-charge buyers

A customer with a valid exemption pays no tax; gold sold to a registered dealer can be reverse-charged where the law provides for it.

04

Credit notes and an archive that cannot change

Every return is a numbered credit note. Every e-invoice file is kept with its SHA-256 fingerprint and the authority's answer.

FAQ

About Tax & E-invoicing

Is it FBR and ZATCA integrated?

Yes. Pakistani jewellers can report sales to FBR in real time with the fiscal number printed as a QR code, and Saudi jewellers can issue invoices through ZATCA (Fatoora). For the UAE, India and Peppol, invoices are generated as UBL or IRP files for your provider and archived.
