A sale screen that prices gold by weight, at today's rate

The counter screen your salespeople live on. Scan a tag and the piece's weight, purity, making, wastage, stones and tax become a price at today's rate — the same calculation on the invoice, the quotation and the calculator. It runs in a browser, so the counter PC, a tablet in the showroom and the owner's phone all use the same software.

01

The price comes from the tag, not from memory

Net weight × the rate for its purity, then making (per gram, fixed or a percentage), wastage, stones and tax — every part printed on the invoice, so the customer sees how the total was reached.

02

Old gold off the same bill

The customer's old gold is weighed, tested and valued at the buy rate on the same screen, and comes off the new invoice — one receipt for both sides of the exchange.

03

Every way to pay, split as they like

Cash, card, bank transfer, wallet, gift voucher, loyalty points and the Khata — across as many as the customer wants on one invoice.

04

A manager's PIN where it matters

A discount past the limit, a price overridden, a sale over the customer's credit limit: the counter asks for a manager's PIN, and the approval is logged with the reason.

05

Park a sale, serve the next customer

A customer trying pieces on can be parked with their cart while you serve someone else, then picked up exactly where it was.

06

PIN sign-in for a shared counter

Four digits swap the salesperson without signing out, so every invoice carries the right name and every commission goes to the right person.

FAQ

About Jewelry POS

How does the POS price a piece?

From the piece's own tag: net metal weight at today's rate for its purity, plus making charges, wastage, stones and tax. The same calculation runs on the sale screen, quotations and the price calculator, and each part is printed on the invoice.

What hardware do I need?

Any computer, tablet or phone with a modern browser — there is nothing to install. A barcode scanner reads the tags, a thermal or A4 printer prints the invoice, and a ZPL or TSPL label printer prints the tags.
