FAQ

About the offer

Is there a free trial without an offer running?

Yes. GoJewels always includes a 7-day free trial — the sale screen, rates, tagged stock, old gold, the Khata and reports — with no card required.

What happens to my data when the free period ends?

Nothing is deleted. Your pieces, sales, staff and reports stay exactly as you left them, and choosing a plan picks up from the same place. Data on an account that is never renewed is kept for 30 days.
