Consignment and dealer memo

Other people's jewelry sold for them, and your pieces with dealers on memo — kept apart from your own stock.

Jewelry received on consignment

Stock Control → Consignment & Dealer Memo

Receive on consignment tags the pieces and puts them on sale like your own, but they cost you nothing and are not in your stock value. Choose how the owner is paid: a fixed amount per piece, or the sale less your commission.

When one sells, what the owner is owed is worked out at once. For a supplier it also goes on their money account; pay them from To pay owners. If the sale is returned, it comes off again.

Unsold pieces go back to the owner from the consignment's page.

Pieces to a dealer on memo

Memo to a dealer sends your pieces out at an agreed price. They stay yours, marked On memo.

When the dealer reports pieces sold, tick them and press Invoice the dealer — the POS opens with those pieces and the dealer. Pieces that come back are received here, weighed again. The page shows sell-through.
