What you are looking at
This is GoJewels, the jewelry management software by Arriverr. It keeps today's gold and silver rates, prices every piece by its weight, purity, making and stones, keeps every piece in stock with its own tag, and runs the sale, the old gold exchange, the customer ledger and the reports.
It runs in a normal web browser. There is nothing to install on the counter PC, and the same address works on a tablet or a phone.
What each member of staff can see and do is decided by the role you give them, so a salesperson never sees your cost prices unless you decide otherwise.
How to use this guide
Settings → Modules
The chapters follow the order a new business needs them: sign in, set the software up, enter today's rates, add your pieces, then sell.
If you are already running, jump straight to the chapter you need — every chapter stands on its own.
Grey chips like the one under this paragraph show you exactly where to click, reading left to right through the menus.
Some screens only appear after their module is switched on under Settings → Modules. Wherever that is the case, this guide says so.

Settings → About
The version number and the list of what changed in each update are on the About tab of Settings.
This chapter describes the software as it is today. Every account gets the same guide inside the product, searchable and printable.
