Sales & Invoices
Sales & Invoices lists every invoice with its customer, pieces, total, what was paid and what is still owed. Search by invoice number, customer, phone or a piece's SKU.
Open a sale to see each piece with its full price breakdown, and print the invoice on A4 or on a thermal roll.
Cancelling a sale
Cancel a sale from its page, with a reason. The pieces go back into stock, the payments are reversed out of your accounts, the Khata balance is taken off the customer's ledger, and any loyalty points are taken back.
Only roles with the Cancel Sale permission see this button. A cancelled invoice stays on the list, marked cancelled, so the record is never lost.
