FBR Invoice: IMS-88421-2026
Verify in the Tax Asaan app
Reported as you make the sale
Not a monthly export somebody has to remember. Each invoice goes the moment the sale completes, and the number the authority returns is printed on the customer's invoice.
Pakistan
Federal Board of Revenue
Pakistan's national tax authority — POS invoice integration
Every sale is submitted to FBR's POS (IMS) gateway in the official invoice format using your own POS ID and token. The fiscal invoice number comes back in time to print on the customer's invoice as a QR code they can verify themselves in the Tax Asaan app.
- Reported as the sale is made — Not a monthly export. The invoice goes the moment the sale completes, which is what the regulation actually requires.
- The QR code prints on the invoice — Scannable in Tax Asaan, so a customer can check the tax they paid was reported.
- Real reasons when FBR rejects one — The sale shows the authority's own message — usually a PCT code or a rate that does not match your registration — rather than a generic error.
- Per-branch registration — Each showroom has its own POS ID, which is how FBR issues them. A multi-branch account keeps them straight.

Saudi Arabia
Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority — Fatoora
Saudi Arabia's e-invoicing platform
Invoices are generated in ZATCA's required format, stamped, and reported through Fatoora as part of completing the sale — in Arabic, with the QR code on the customer's invoice. Returns become credit notes with their own QR code.
- Simplified and standard invoices — A walk-in sale is reported within the allowed window; an invoice to a business is handled as a standard invoice.
- Arabic, as required — Not only the totals — the line descriptions too.
- The QR code on the invoice — Printed on the invoice, scannable in ZATCA's own app.
- Investment gold on its own tax class — The Saudi pack proposes investment-grade metal on a separate class — checked with your adviser before use.

E-invoices, rates, payments and hardware
Each one switched on where you need it, from inside the software.
UAE e-invoicing (PINT AE)
Each invoice and credit note generated as a PINT AE UBL file for your accredited service provider, archived with its fingerprint.
India e-invoice (IRN)
Invoices generated as IRP JSON for the Invoice Registration Portal; record the IRN that comes back.
Peppol BIS Billing 3.0
A UBL copy of every invoice for Peppol countries, or simply kept as an archive.
Metal rate feeds
Today's gold, silver and platinum rates from GoldAPI, Metals-API or your own feed, instead of typing them in.
Stripe payment links
Send a link to pay a balance, an installment or a deposit; the customer pays on Stripe's card page and card numbers never come into the software.
Label printers (ZPL / TSPL)
Tags in your own layout for Zebra and TSC printers, dumbbell tags for rings and chains included.
RFID readers
A fixed reader posts what it reads during a stock check, so a whole tray is counted in one pass.
About the integrations
Is this jewelry software FBR integrated?
Yes. Sales are submitted to FBR's POS (IMS) gateway using your own POS ID and token, and the fiscal invoice number that comes back is printed on the customer's invoice as a QR code verifiable in the Tax Asaan app.
Does it support ZATCA e-invoicing in Saudi Arabia?
Yes. Invoices are generated in ZATCA's required format and reported through Fatoora as the sale completes, in Arabic, with the QR code on the invoice. Returns are issued as credit notes.
What about the UAE, India and Europe?
Each invoice can be generated as a file — PINT AE for the UAE, IRP JSON for India, Peppol BIS for Europe — for you to submit through your provider, and the provider's answer is recorded against the invoice. Country tax packs give you a starting point to check with your adviser.
Can the gold rate come in automatically?
Yes, with the rate feed add-on: today's rates come from GoldAPI, Metals-API or a feed of your own, and every purity follows from them.
Do you store card details?
No. Payment links send the customer to Stripe's own card page on your merchant account; card numbers never come into the software.
